Digital Edition
Because digital products can't be "returned," we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the binder doesn't meet your expectations within 30 days of purchase, email us and we'll issue a full refund — no need to explain.
Print + Digital Bundle & Caregiver Kit
Physical items can be returned within 30 days in original condition for a full refund (minus return shipping). If your printed binder arrives damaged or defective, email us a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
How to request a refund
Email support@thecompassionateainurse.com with your order number. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
